More Info:
The master of Poor Boy runs 0.45% slower than the released take 3 and was spliced like this (if take 3 is altererd by 0.45%):0:00.0-1:14.8 of take 3, 0:41.8- 0:58.6 of take 3 (reprise), 8 seconds of insert and 1:06.7-1:41.0 of take 3. It seems most spliced, 2nd generation masters from 1956 run a little too slow.

The master of Let Me runs about 0.45% too slow as well. The vocal track was spliced the following way: 0:04-0:24 has vocal from "solo version" (probably take 3, could be take 4), 0:25-1:35 has vocal from the other used vocal take (take 4 or maybe take 3) and finally, 1:36-2:08 has vocal taken from "solo version".

Here's a Real Audio file in stereo that reveals identical vocal parts. The master is stored in the left channel. The right channel contains edited vocal parts from "solo version" only. The "solo version" was stretched to 100.45%.
